At store.colefekert.com, we strive to provide high-quality art products and a satisfying shopping experience. Our products are printed and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printify. Because each item is custom-made upon order, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery at himself@colefekert.com. To assist you promptly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Resolution Options:

  • Free Reprint: We will arrange for a replacement of the affected item at no additional cost.
  • Refund: Alternatively, you may request a refund to your original method of payment.

Important Notes:

  • For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, please include a photo (or video) showing all affected items together.
  • Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are within acceptable production tolerances and are not considered defects.

Incorrect Sizes, Colors, or Change of Mind

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color
  • You simply changed your mind after receiving the product

Please ensure you carefully review the size charts and product details before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Reprint and Reshipment: We can resend the order; however, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
  • Partial Refund: You may request a partial refund minus the original shipping costs and any fees incurred.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized orders (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

3. Refunds

Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email himself@colefekert.com within 30 days of delivery with the required information.
  2. Assessment: We will evaluate your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Issuance of Refund: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund:

  1. Check Your Account: Verify your bank or credit card account.
  2. Contact Your Provider: Processing times can vary; your bank or credit card company may have more information.
  3. Contact Us: If you’ve completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, email us at himself@colefekert.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at himself@colefekert.com with the necessary details.

6. Return Shipping

Do Not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or Printify unless instructed.

  • Approved Returns: If a return is deemed necessary, we will provide you with instructions. Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by us.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We cover shipping costs for approved returns due to defects or damage.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery or Customer Error: Additional shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Non-refundable Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • Approved Returns: You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
